Job Posting: Inventory and Procurement Manager
Location: Riverview, FL Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (100% Onsite) Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 Base
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Inventory and Procurement Manager to join our team in Riverview, FL. This key role is responsible for managing the complete procurement process, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring the timely availability of materials for our Engineered-to-Order (ETO) projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee inventory management and procurement functions, focusing on Engineered-to-Order projects.
Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and manage supply agreements.
Optimize inventory levels to align with production schedules and project demands.
Analyze demand forecasts, place orders, and monitor delivery timelines to prevent stockouts and delays.
Implement and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and project management teams to ensure timely material availability.
Track key performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement in procurement and inventory management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inventory and procurement management, with a focus on Engineered-to-Order (ETO) environments.
Understanding of supply chain management, vendor negotiations, and procurement processes.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and data analysis.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
