We are currently hiring a Carrier Team Service Analyst in the Hub Financial Center (HFC) , the centralized accounting team for HUB International. The Carrier Management Team are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to uphold our carrier relationships. The Carrier Team Analyst is responsible for review, analysis, and action on commissions and questions that are outside the normal processing scope of Accounting Associates.

What you’ll do

• Daily creation and review of the Carrier Team’s performance dashboard, reporting and production reports

•  Conduct daily/weekly quality control audits utilizing Broker Management System (BMS) reports both Epic & Benefit point

• Perform tie-outs involving Direct Bill unreconciled balances and unobtainable statements

• Manage complex research and transactions in a timely manner

• Support is provided not only the Carrier Team but serves as a liaison for the Direct Bill team

• Subject Matters expert in carrier relationships and Direct Bill processing

What you bring to our team

• Have a minimum of1-2 years’ experience in accounting field

• Experience in a shared services accounting environment is a plus

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Intermediate/Advanced Word and Excel Skills required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

• High degree of accuracy with a good eye for detail

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced and changing environment

The expected salary range for this position is $23.00 to $28.00 per hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.
