Aerotek Maintenance Technician To Start ASAP in Rio Rancho, New Mexico

Day shift PLC Maintenance Technicians/Mechanics needed ASAP for production and manufacturing equipment in local Rio Rancho manufacturer. Full-time, great benefits, and ability to advance quickly. Pay is based on experience.

Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for the troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment used in manufacturing, as well as support equipment located in the building or on the grounds. Preventive and reactive maintenance needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience and general knowledge in manufacturing equipment, hydraulic systems (mechanical) and industrial electrical systems (480v, 3-phase motors, PLCs, wiring, etc.)

  • Proficient with lock out tag out procedures (LOTO)

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and schematics

  • Proficient with hand and power tools, and understanding of blueprints

  • Welding is a plus
