A T Integration INC Low Voltage Technician in Rio Grande City, Texas
Note: This is a Full-time seasonal job opportunity that will start the first week of Marchand is expected to last between four to eight weeks. Hours worked will be 40 per week.
Job Summary:
installing and connecting various types of wires and cables, explaining to clients how to use the systems and troubleshooting and maintaining the equipment.
Low Voltage Technician duties and responsibilities
- Preparing estimates for new projects.
- This includes alarm systems, security systems, fiber optic cables and cat 5 wiring.
- Running and connecting wiring and cables for low-voltage electronics systems.
- Using blueprints and other guides to configure the wiring.
- Organizing and labeling the lines.
- Testing and troubleshooting various low-voltage systems.
- Performing routine maintenance on electronics.
- Documenting the work they do on each project.
Education and Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not required. If you have the basic knowledge.
- The applicant must pass the following: background check (employment and criminal), No Federal Offenses.
Pay depends on experience and will be discussed with the applicant by employer at the time of interview.
