The team you will be a part of

The Engineering team discovers, develops and evaluates new product ideas, enhancements, or strategic product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.

This role in summary

On a day-to-day basis in this role, your primary responsibility will revolve around spearheading wash system projects encompassing pumps, filtration, and hydraulic distribution systems. Your objective is to drive enhancements in wash performance, energy efficiency, water usage, and noise reduction. Additionally, you'll be tasked with shaping product architecture to ensure future efficiency and formulating pump strategies for upcoming projects. For instance, one day might involve collaborating with engineers and technicians to assess a novel concept leveraging cutting-edge technology for enhanced efficiency and performance. The next day could entail engaging with diverse teams and strategic suppliers in the morning, followed by guiding engineers, drafters, or technicians through their daily tasks in the afternoon.

Your responsibilities will include

  1. Lead Innovative Wash System Projects: Take charge of wash system projects focusing on pumps and hydraulic systems. This work will include developing algorithms and cycles to optimize the wash systems as well. Your designs will be instrumental in enhancing product performance, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, quality, and overall value for our customers.

  2. Strategize Project Time and Resources: Strategically plan and allocate time and resources to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects. Ensure efficient utilization of resources to meet project deadlines and objectives.

  3. Develop and Implement High-Performance Modules: Spearhead the development and implementation of high-performance, high-efficiency, cost-optimized, and quality-driven wash system and pump modules. Innovate solutions that exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

  4. Direct Cross-Functional Projects: Lead or direct cross-functional projects through clear and frequent communication with supervisors, subordinates, suppliers, and relevant departments. Foster collaboration and alignment to achieve project goals effectively.

  5. Formulate Future Strategies: Develop forward-thinking strategies for pumps, wash systems, cycles, and algorithms. Anticipate future trends and requirements to ensure continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving market demands.

  6. Maintain Comprehensive Product Knowledge: Maintain and share a deep understanding of the product, processes, and test requirements. Apply this knowledge to project development and decision-making processes to ensure alignment with product objectives and standards.

  7. Provide Technical Training and Mentorship: Take an active role in training and mentoring technical staff. Share expertise, provide guidance, and facilitate skill development to empower team members to excel in their roles and contribute to project success.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the appropriate field.

  • Ability to understand and perform engineering analysis in the areas of solid and fluid mechanics.

  • Demonstrated technical excellence and the ability to develop technical solutions to new or highly complex problems.

  • Ability to create FMEAs, Tolerance Stacks, work within the laboratory environment, develop test plans.

  • Capable to identify critical parameters and develop control plans to manage them.

  • Ability to integrate wash system technologies into products meeting project and manufacturing requirements

  • Strong communication skills, effectively sharing and obtaining information from internal and external parties.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional partners and produce innovative solutions

  • Strong planning and decision making skills, critical thinking.

  • Dynamic self-starter with superior management skills and follow through

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently, project management skills desired.

Preferred skills and experiences

  • OPEX Six Sigma Blackbelt certification.

  • Understanding of pumps, motors and experience in writing algorithms.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes like plastics injection molding, sheet metal stamping.

  • Operating CAD softwares (example: ProE, Solidworks) for designing parts.

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently, project management skills.

Here in this factory is centered the production of refrigerators, freezers, dryers, water purifiers and B.Blend machines.
