As an Accounting Clerk your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Provide administrative support to the accounting department to ensure efficient operation

• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records with accuracy

• Enter key data of financial transactions into our database

• Assist and support company personnel in accounting related queries

• Research, track and rectify accounting or documentation discrepancies and issues

• Adhere to established standards, procedures and applicable laws

• Manage an orderly accounting filing system

• Implement a system of controls over accounting transactions

• Participate and successfully complete all training as required by the company

• Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to team effort and maintaining workflow.

Requirements

The ideal Accounting Clerk candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in Billing and Invoice Processing

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with SAP

• Ability to Perform Data Entry efficiently

• Acumatica proficiency is a plus
