Our client is a global, research-driven pharmaceutical focusing on treatment options for untreatable diseases and conditions. The company is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team.

Type : Contract (1yr)

Pay : 30-32/hr

Location : Fairfield County, CT

Job Description:

• Coordinate and track requirements from business analysts during sprint cycles, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reporting assets. Create and update release notes for sprint releases, managing the review and approval process.

• Troubleshoot Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics on reporting assets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across the data and reporting platform.

• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot end-to-end system integration for various data sources related to the data warehouse platform. Utilize Pharmaceutical Data, CRM systems, and Customer Master systems for troubleshooting and support.

• Create and maintain health scorecard reports for the data and reporting platform using Excel. Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUPs, formulas, matches, and deduplication techniques to analyze and present data effectively.

• Maintain weekly status reports, communicate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups, and assist in creating training materials for end-users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ability to use Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Basic knowledge of SQL or other query languages to manipulate and analyze data.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across different teams and levels within the organization.
