We seek a Customer Support Representative for a full-time position in the Richmond, Virginia office.
Position Overview
The Customer Support Representative position is held by a dynamic, highly motivated, and organized individual with superior attention to detail and excellent customer service for our Vitu clients. This is a fast-paced office with customers who need immediate resolutions. The potential candidate must provide superb customer service with an upbeat attitude.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with program questions and issues via phone, email, and/or chat.
Provide answers to questions related to DMV policy and paperwork.
Troubleshoot program issues, concerns, and user errors in a fast-paced environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support by being responsive and proactive to customer needs.
Assist in the paperwork and set up of new accounts
Ability to work in a high-production, fast-paced environment.
Assist with day-to-day office duties.
Experience
Knowledge of the automotive industry is required; dealership and/or DMV experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required
Experience with Virginia and/or Maryland vehicle title and registration.
Knowledge of Virginia and/or Maryland state rules and regulations regarding vehicle title and registration.
Proficient on a PC (Internet, E-mail, Word, Excel, Google Drive)
Able to work independently with limited supervision
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow directions
Excellent time management
Superior attention to detail
Positive attitude who can work well in a team or independent
