A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

Our Finance Treasury team manages PwC’s capital structure and cash management operations. As part of our team, you’ll assist us with financial and enterprise risk management functions, transaction support, investment management, financial planning and reporting operations that includes cash forecasting, and budgeting and account reconciliation.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, with financial analysis, including:

  • Assisting projects within the treasury function such as analyzing specific company programs that involve liquidityprojectionto support optimal capital deployment;

  • Executing FX hedging program in line with approved strategy;

  • Having an extensive understanding of the entire cash management process and add value by recommending industry leadingcash management practices and control;

  • Participating in strategic initiatives that cut across treasury, both for Senior Treasury and Finance Leadership;

  • Streamlining bank account management including opening, closing and signer changes on bank accounts which includes liaising with the bank to respond to Know Your Customer requests; and,

  • Leading projects to implement outstanding treasury systems as well as firm wide technology initiatives.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, with systems and process innovation, including:

  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to develop scalable processes for existing and upcoming business initiatives through the use of technology;

  • Reviewing and developing tools to improve the efficiency of the Treasury team’s firmwide mandates with regards to cash management, funding optimization, liquidity risk, and/or fx execution; and,

  • Assessing,contributing to and maintaining policies & procedures, analytics, monitoring, and reporting capabilities across functional areas.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Designing, developing and implementing new processes, tools and platforms to standardize, automate;

  • Identifying and escalating problems and developing actionable solutions for challenging issues facing the organization;

  • Contributing to complex project delivery strategies;

  • Communicating results to internal Treasury leaders, as well as stakeholders and cross functionally;

  • Taking partin a teaming environment; maintaining high morale in challenging circumstances; and,

  • Demonstrating the ability to deliver results against aggressive time frames in challenging business environments with a focus on quality.

The salary range for this position is: $73,000 - $240,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
