Lead the analysis, ideation, and planning of Waste reduction initiatives within the Manufacturing Team in collaboration with cross-functional partners internal and external to the Bakery to eliminate losses E2E. The individual in this role will support with project management and resourcing to ensure objectives are met. Will also be responsible for waste data intelligence accuracy, reporting and visual management. Will also lead and implement projects.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Coordinate and align plans and deliverables with cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and external partners to ensure successful implementation of projects

  • ​Own project lifecycles with direct responsibility of managing timelines, build quality, testing, and operational readiness

  • ​Identify, assess and mitigate initiative/project-level risks, escalating to internal and external stakeholders when necessary

  • ​Drive consistency and quality in project execution using the appropriate methodology

  • ​Build capability of team for understanding and responsibility of waste impact across the Bakery (functional teams, across shifts, across SKUs, etc)

  • Manage proper validation and reporting of material consumption, waste generation and meal usage, reconciliation of SAP vs actual usage

  • Manage and coordinate SAP Raw Material and packaging Material consumptions, FG and materials correct allocation

What you need to know about this position:

As Productivity Lead you will work with an E2E Zero Loss mindset leading collaboration and governance among multi-functional teams to deliver waste reduction commitments.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Analytics and data management skills

  • Experience with project management

  • ​Knowledge of Mondelez NA supply chain environment (manufacturing, warehouse, distribution)

  • ​Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills

  • ​Experience with stakeholder management

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, operations management, or related field. Required

Job specific requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis to draw insights to help teams create action plans, initiatives, projects

  • Project management

  • ​Organize and deliver reporting to maintain progress visibility

  • ​Own specific sub-projects within the waste initiatives

  • ​Team management within SAP system
