Mgr II Sales Support

Location: Candidate must be located within 50 miles of the following Pulsepoint locations as position does have both office/remote expectations:

Indianapolis, IN; Woodland Hills, CA; Denver, CO; Atlanta, GA; Wallingford, CT; S. Portland, ME; Manchester, NH; Las Vegas, NV; Columbus, OH; Richmond, VA

The Mgr II Sales Support is responsible for managing the activities within a sales support unit.

How you will make an impact:

  • Develops processes for consistency.

  • Manages sales support activities which may include one or more of the following functions: broker call center, sales support staff, field service, sales training and technology, broker administration, proposals, product development, or material distribution.

  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Health insurance experience preferred.

  • Experience managing a remote work force preferred.

  • Experience managing hourly employees preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $93,492 to $153,594

Locations: California; Colorado; Nevada
