Description We are offering a long-term contract Customer Service Coordinator opportunity with a local government entity in Richmond, Virginia. As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering premium customer service and managing the experience of our government service users. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service by managing inquiries, requests, and complaints, effectively resolving issues in a prompt and detail oriented manner. Serve as the primary contact point for all client interactions, ensuring a positive experience Collaborate with different department teams to ensure that services are delivered in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. Manage and track customer interactions through CRM systems, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction metrics. Prepare and deliver reports on customer service performance. Coordinate with team members to optimize customer service operations. Requirements Required Qualifications & Skills: A minimum of 2 years of customer service or administrative experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while meeting deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
