Description We are on the lookout for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will be primarily tasked with managing our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. The position falls within the financial services industry, and you will be working in a computerized accounting environment.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage all aspects of the accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Perform cash flow analysis to monitor and ensure the financial health of the company.

• Work with Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel to process customer credit applications.

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications and transactions.

• Manage the annual budget to ensure the financial goals of the company are met.

• Use QuickBooks for financial management and operational reporting.

• Resolve customer inquiries related to their financial dealings with the company.

• Review and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with all Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to prepare and manage an Annual Budget

• Skills in conducting Cash Flow Analysis

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks
