Humana Director, Campaign Planning & Orchestration Leader in Richmond, Virginia

Humana’s Marketing organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Campaign Planning & Orchestration Leader to join our team. This leader reports directly to the VP of Pharmacy Marketing and is responsible for driving the design and development of marketing campaigns, while orchestrating a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints of the customer journey. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business objectives. Additionally, they will have demonstrated success in managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Key Role Functions

  • Oversees the team responsible for leveraging campaign strategies to design and develop campaigns, while partnering with the Hive to develop campaign content

  • Oversees the resource responsible for customer journey orchestration, ensuring campaigns are coordinated across the portfolio to create a seamless customer experience

  • Utilizes advanced analytics and AI to dynamically plan and optimize content and campaigns in real-time, with comprehensive integration across all marketing channels and continuous performance evaluation

  • Manages the modular content and digital assets to support the execution of campaigns by ensuring the team has access to the right technologies and data insights needed for success

  • Mentors and develops a dynamic team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning, setting clear goals and performance metrics, and providing regular feedback and guidance to drive team success and professional growth

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications or a related communications field

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in highly regulated industries

  • 5+ years of management experience

  • Experience with marketing campaign management tools

  • Ability to engage, educate, influence and guide others at all levels on the power of marketing as a business discipline

  • Progressive levels of responsibility within a fast-paced marketing environment

  • Must be passionate about innovation and contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related communications field

  • Experience in managing high volumes of creative assets to support effective campaign delivery & a seamless customer experience

  • Expertise in leveraging advanced analytics and AI to increase speed to market and optimize campaign plans

  • Familiarity with the health insurance or pharmacy marketing sector is highly desirable

  • Prior Marketing experience with Fortune 500 Company

  • Understanding of marketing metrics and program measurement

Additional Information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$149,800 - $206,100 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
