• Assembler 3 jobs require:Basic Function: Under the direction of production supervision,the Production Assembler I build the highest quality productsat the lowest possible cost, meeting company productionstandards, and customer specifications and deliveryrequirements, in accordance with company policies andprocedures.Typical duties/responsibilities for operations may include,but are not limited to, the following:Assemble products, following Engineering documents,ensuring the highest quality products, meeting companyproduct standards, production goals, and customerspecifications and delivery requirements.Operate computer to check schedules, update manufacturingstatus of jobs.Perform operator based Go-No Go testing per procedures.Continually monitor quality of parts used in the assembly process.Assist in the training of other employees, addressing andresolving inquiries and problems.Perform material handling activities as required.Review assembly processes and methods andrecommendchanges to ensure the continuous, ongoingimprovement ofproductivity and quality.Interface with engineering to accuratelycommunicate information.Complete and maintain all required paperwork,records,documentation, reject tickets, etc.Participate actively in team meetings and groupdiscussions.Follow and comply with all safety and workrules and regulations.Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.Complexity of Tasks: Ability to apply commonsenseunderstanding to carry out detailed but uninvolvedwrittenor oral instructions. Ability to deal with problemsinvolvinga few concrete variables in standardized situations.Qualifications: High School diploma and up to2 years of experience..
