Job Description:

• Work one-on-one with a student with social and behavior needs on a variety of academic and personal needs throughout the school day as assigned by classroom teacher
• Follow classroom management system according to teacher and school policies
• Provide effective instruction to student as assigned by classroom teacher
• Effectively use assigned programs and techniques when providing instruction to student
• Collect and maintain data on daily student progress according to teacher design
• Communicate with teacher regularly about student progress, problems, and needs
• Maintain confidentiality about students, teachers, and school
• Participate in periodic staff meetings
