  • Translate research insights into strategic recommendations to inform product strategy and decision-making

  • Exhibit highly developed analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills

  • Communicate research insights effectively to diverse audiences including senior stakeholders across the organisation

  • Mentor designers and PWDR (people who do research), providing guidance on research best practices and inspiring and motivating others

  • Help steer our UX Research practice by maintaining and iterating research templates and frameworks, research libraries, and recruitment processes

Who we’re looking for

  • Someone with runs on the board, experience practising design research, predominately qualitative approaches for problem validation, foundational research, and strategic research projects

  • An impressive background leading design research methodology, including facilitating workshops with stakeholders and/or customers and using various ideation techniques

  • Well-developed analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships across different levels in the organisation, as well as with our B2B customers

  • Strong communication skills to drive impact and effective influencing

  • A growth mindset, a positive attitude and ability to take on and give clear and constructive feedback

  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with an intrapreneurial ownership mentality
