Providence St. Joseph Health Manager Quality RN - Primary Care in Richland, Washington

Description Under the direction of the Administrative Director Nursing Services, Kadlec Clinic, coordinates program development, process improvement initiatives and facilitates safe and effective clinical practices; Serves as the interface between multiple disciplines necessary to establish and monitor clinical staff practices; Participates and offers education regarding patient care and processes to clinic personnel; Establishes collaborative relationships with physicians, clinic staff, and system resources; Works in collaboration with Kadlec Providers and staff to improve the patient experience and meet the quality standards of care; Identifies and leads process improvement, assists in providing direction and supervision of nursing and support staff. Bachelor's Degree From an accredited educational institution, or in process and completed within three years from date of hire into the position. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License 2 years Nursing experience in area of specialty. Preferred Qualifications: Collaborative multidisciplinary relationship building experience. Leadership and change initiative (having managed resources directly or within the implementation of a new initiative) experience. Performance improvement project implementation experience.
