ANR Group Inc is accepting resumes for an IS Project Manager III Located in Richland, WA.

The hourly rate range for this position is $53-$97 per hour (plus full benefits). This position is initially expected to be a one year assignment, and does qualify for per diem.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK -- SPECIFIC

The project manager provides oversight of the staff involved in planning, leading, controlling and monitoring to ensure that work is implemented safely, with quality, on schedule, and within budget. This includes all aspects of project implementation including budget, work package preparation, parts procurement, industrial and nuclear safety, work prioritization, resource loading, and work execution including resolution of schedule delays and conflicts. Resolves high risk decisions to manage the Agency's risk, resolves enterprise resource issues related to the projects, and develops Agency polices to define regulatory compliance. Develops the budgets, including tracking cost versus budget for assigned projects. Assures proper progress and focus through frequent interface with the client, engineers, related parties, and management Develop and manage contracts and interface with vendors. Prepare and deliver written and oral communications to various groups including senior management. Develop and maintain long range plan strategies associated with assigned projects. Support effective implementation of the Columbia Generating Station Self-Assessment and Corrective Action Programs. Direct, coach and mentor lower-level Project Managers Must participate on the Emergency Response team (ERO) when designated. Must support the biennial refueling outage if applicable.

  • With assistance formulates/defines cyber system scope and objectives under general direction. Acts as technical program expert in one or more highly specialized areas of Cyber Security.
  • Provides technical input and advice on medium to large information technology projects.
  • Devises or modifies processes and procedures to solve complex problems considering resources, budgets, and schedule constraints.
  • Develops broad and/or specialized program oversight plans by providing functional planning and high-level technical expertise and guidance.
  • Provides consulting services to customer organizations on information technology's capability to comply with IS regulatory cyber programs in the deployment of technology to improve work processes and resolve business problems.
  • Must be able to gain a thorough understanding of the customer's business, including goals, objectives, work processes, and product or service.
  • Provides quality input and documentation reviews created by cross-discipline work groups in compliance with the overall program requirements and regulations.
  • Coordinates programs changes, assessments and other audit processes, and training with impacted customers.

     

REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Education Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a technology or business discipline and 10 years of nuclear plant experience (with at least 5 of these years of experience in a core nuclear department -- Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Training)

OR Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and 12 years of nuclear plant experience (with at least 5 of these years of experience in a core nuclear department -- Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Training)

OR in lieu of degree, 14 years of nuclear plant experience (with at least 5 of these years of experience in a core nuclear department -- Operations, Engineering, Maintena
