Shift Details: Full-Time, Day Shift, 0840-8 Hour Daily Overtime 40 Hour Week Required qualifications: PharmD in Doctorate of Pharmacy Or Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy Required upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS) Preferred qualifications: Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency Why Join Providence?
