Robert Half Customer Experience Specialist in Richardson, Texas

Description We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Richardson, Texas. As a key member of our team, this role will focus on providing exceptional service to our customers and sales team members via various communication channels. This position also plays an integral part in order management, customer care, and fostering relationships with key accounts across various departments of our organization. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries or complaints, process orders, and resolve requests to maintain customer satisfaction and drive sales.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring clear and concise communication, and timely order shipment.

• Proactively communicate any unmet expectations to customers, Rep firms, and Sales agencies.

• Assist customers in navigating and utilizing our website.

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products during customer-initiated contact.

• Enter and track orders received via our preferred channels, alerting appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.

• Expedite the delivery of selected orders as needed and perform backend order maintenance to ensure efficient order processing.

• Maintain current knowledge of all company products/brands and processes through available resources.

• Foster open communication internally and externally and champion creative change to improve processing and service levels.

• Support committed accounts and/or sister-companies to ensure delivery of exceptional service and to build commitment and satisfaction while providing complete solutions/resolutions to issues.

• Follow established procedures to complete work and perform work at or above pre-established performance objectives.

• Understand workplace hazards and take steps to proactively prevent and report hazards or injuries in the workplace. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management software

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, or holidays if required

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree is a plus.
