Actalent Project Manager in Riceboro, Georgia

Project Manager (Chemical/Process Engineering) - Onsite - Riceboro, GA

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing large capital projects from conception to completion and overseeing the efficient operation of existing production processes for North American offsite operations. Key responsibilities include determining project specifications, scheduling, resource forecasting, maintaining project schedules, controlling project costs, reviewing contractor bids, preparing project status reports, coordinating the project management team, developing and maintaining project management databases, and leading start-up activities for new projects.

Hard Skills

  • Must have 10+ years of Project Management experience within the chemical/process engineering industry

  • BS or MS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering/Project Management is required

  • Material and energy balances

  • Equipment specification

  • Process Design experience
