We are seeking a Class A Driver to support our logistics team. In this role, you are responsible to support the movement of inventory by safely, efficiently delivering empty refrigerant tanks and picking up full tanks at field locations throughout the country .
This position is based out of Rhome, Texas (15 minutes outside of Fort Worth). Starting pay is up to $.56 per mile, plus drop & fueling benefits provided!
Additional Driving Benefits:
$120.00 per week for dropping, picking up, any paperwork, and associated work within the reason of the trip.
$30.00 per day for fueling, pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
$33.50 per assigned LOAD/UNLOAD stop for the first 1.5 hours at that stop performing load/unload. After 1.5 hours is exceeded the driver will be paid $33.50 per hour for all time spent picking up at that stop. This is verified through the NexTraq app.
Any work performed that is not loaded/unlock will be paid at the applicable hourly rate starting at $26 for all hours worked, at the time the work is performed. This time must be entered into APD to be paid.
All drivers will be paid their applicable hourly rate for all breakdowns up to 8 hours per day within any 24 hours.
Truck washes are paid at $30.00 per occurrence.
Drivers have the opportunity to make more than 90K a year by maximizing productivity during load/unload times and completing trips in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate truck and trailer in all weather conditions; including maintaining Department of Transportation (DOT) hours of service, ensuring rest breaks are adhered to
Perform all pre-, Inter, and Post-trip inspections; responsible for regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure that their truck remains safe and legal to drive
Pickup and deliver cylinders of various sizes utilizing a 45' liftgate trailer and dolly
Follow accident procedures if an accident occurs
Keep a log of their activities and trips; ability to operate our onboard recording device (ELD)
Keep their truck, and associated equipment clean and in good working order
Transport hazardous material
Arrange loads as needed to meet DOT weight requirement
Take special precautions while driving
Plan routes and driving schedules, particularly for long-haul trips
Operate efficiently while maintaining DOT compliance
Conduct other projects and operational duties as assigned by the Transportation Manager
Physical Requirements
While driving
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Ability to moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.
During loading/unloading
Ability to exert in excess of 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 25 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications
A high school diploma required
Must have a minimum of two years of verifiable experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake Endorsement
Must be able to meet DOT standards for OTR driver: motor vehicle records check, pre-employment drug screen, and DOT physical
