Position Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Excellence (ME) Manager to support the Technical and Production community in improving business profitability and optimising cash flow for business growth. In this role, you will apply ME methodologies within the market, develop TPM competency building plans, and train and support market teams in manufacturing competencies.

A day in the life…

Reporting to Senior Manufacturing Excellence Manager and supporting implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) best in class practices, key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Help Technical and Production (T&P) community improve business profitability and optimize cash flow through TPM methodologies.

  • Collaborate with factories to drive and execute Manufacturing Excellence, identify best practices, and monitor performance metrics.

  • Support market governance to align TPM implementation with market objectives.

  • Develop TPM competency building plans for all levels of the T&P organization.

  • Establish competencies for TPM in the market.

  • Train, coach, and support market teams in manufacturing competencies and applicable standards.

  • Assist factories in driving and executing TPM for improved and sustained results.

  • Provide calibration and evolution of maturity level checks between factories.

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with TPM standards and guidelines.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on TPM implementation and results to senior management.

  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage expertise and resources in TPM implementation.

  • Possess Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential for success in this position. Join our team and contribute to the continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated factory experience, preferably in roles such as Factory Manufacturing Excellence Manager or Production Manager.

  • Extensive practical experience in leading and coaching Continuous Improvement programs for at least 5 years.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in supporting the development and implementation of TPM-related projects and initiatives.

  • Clear and effective communication skills are essential.

  • Experience in stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

  • The right person must be proactive, thorough, and detailed, with a high level of relationship building.

  • You are a problem solver, proactive and strong in implementing sustainable solutions to address business needs and/or issues.
