Job Summary:

The Security Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the supervision, maintenance, and development of the client's surveillance activities, personal safety of suppliers, contractors, visitors, and facilities, as well as the protection of confidential information. The professional in this position also provides exceptional customer service and manages relationships with both clients and staff. This includes hands-on coordination, efficiently resolving operational and administrative incidents, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Essential Functions:

  • A minimum of three to five years' experience coordinating guard forces within similar settings.

  • A minimum of three years' experience managing both swift resolution operational quandaries well administrative difficulties.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities requisite for threat identification speedy implementation protective measures.

  • Experience creating and Implement ongoing training on new policies or procedures.

  • Provide the client with concierge-level security at the company location and events.

  • Deescalate tense situations or individuals that may arise.

  • Write detailed incident reports following any incident, occurrence, or variance that warrants documentation.

  • Provide response services related to emergency and crisis planning, high-risk terminations, workforce disruptions, natural disaster, civil unrest, and threat monitoring in multiple facilities.

  • Manage administration work and supervise the different operations that the company handle.

  • All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Indistinct Bachelor's degree. Working as a security manager managing clients, operations and guards is a plus. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

  • CTPAT Knowledge.

  • REPSE Knowledge.

  • Intermediate English is a plus.

  • Security training experience is a plus.

  • Able to follow operation plans.

  • Good judgment and decision-making ability during stressful or emergency situations.

  • Able to work with little supervision with competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Intermediate verbal and written skills.

  • Customer focused and attentive to detail.

  • High sense of morals/ values.

  • Ability to drive (have a drivers license) medium utility SUV´s.

  • Advanced time management skills.

  • Basic logistics knowledge.

  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office.
