Select Health Diamond Partner\ \ What You Get To Do\ \ CSR are the first contact point for customers with questions or concerns. Their primary goal is to ensure customers have a seamless experience and feel satisfied with our services. They should be able to work in a mid-paced environment, handling customer inquiries and call volumes while ensuring customers feel valued and heard. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers.\

Manage incoming phone calls and file sales leads into CRM.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Troubleshoot and investigate to answer customer questions.

Educate customers about additional products or services that might benefit them.

Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed.\ \ The Skills We Seek\

High school diploma or GED.

Ability to type at least 50 WPM.

Proficient with using Microsoft Word, Excel and Gmail.

At least 1 year of proven customer service experience.

Strong professional phone handling skills.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Active listening and communication skills to help customers.

Gather customer feedback to improve experience and enhance company services.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Time-management skills for efficiently prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines and responding to customer emails and calls.\ \ The Ideal Candidate Is:\

\$13 - \$16/hour based on experience.
