Rapid Cycle Solutions is seeking aTechnical Targeting Analyst Expert to support our client’s operational requirements at multiple locations in the Northern Virginia Area. The positions require an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information Security Clearance with a Polygraph examination.

TheTechnical Targeting Analystwill provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. He or she will serve as an expert in the field of all-source intelligence analysis. The successful candidate will leverage his or her experience as a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to conduct advanced analysis using a diverse set of targeting tools to provide technical analyses of a priority target.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 6+ years of experience with the DoD or the IC as a technical targeting analyst or relevant experience.

• Experience developing or using targeting/analysis tools, data, and methodologies is required.

• Demonstrated report-writing skills are required.

• Familiarity with customer databases and communication methods is required.

• The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and mission partners with minimum supervision is required.

• Must be a self-starter who excels working in teams and individually

  DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated knowledge of SIGINT development (SIGDEV) analytic.
