About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee a geographically dispersed 24x7x365 physical security program in support of classified secure work environments. This critical role requires a strategic thinker and skilled communicator who can manage complex operations ensure client satisfaction and drive program improvements across multiple stakeholders and matrix organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the comprehensive management of a 24x7x365 physical security program.
Oversee develop and implement operational strategies to ensure seamless coverage and effective response across multiple locations.
Manage complex scheduling for a distributed workforce ensuring optimal resource allocation to meet program requirements.
Address workforce challenges including leave coverage holiday and emergency staffing while maintaining operational continuity.
Conduct regular training in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and established service level agreements (SLAs) ensuring staff is trained.
Conduct senior-level client briefings to provide program updates performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and critical incident management.
Analyze current processes and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency security measures and client satisfaction.
Implement best practices in physical security and risk management tailored to the client’s needs.
Manage the program budget ensuring alignment with financial goals and client agreements.
Forecast track and report on program costs resource allocation and financial performance.
Coordinate efforts across multiple clients internal teams and matrix organizations to align objectives and deliver seamless service.
Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders to achieve mutual goals and address program complexities.
Must be willing to be on call and assume shifts when required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Security Management or related field.
Minimum of 7+ years of program management experience in the private industry (non-government).
Experience supporting highly classified environments with a thorough understanding of compliance requirements (e.g. NISPOM ICD 705).
Proven success managing 24x7x365 operations.
Demonstrated ability to deliver senior client briefings and influence decision-making at the executive level.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial planning.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
Experience working within matrix organizations and managing cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications (MS Teams MS Word PowerPoint MS Shifts or similar shift scheduling platform) along with strong keyboarding basic computer usage and operating controls.
