We are looking for a empowered, motivated, independent, experienced, and energetic Principal Product Management Manager to join our US Government and Sovereign Engineering Delivery team to leverage customer feedback on product gaps and other demand signals to align company-wide engineering delivery to better serve this critical market. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys creating clarity from the ambiguous and helping others navigate through a fast-paced and ever-evolving engineering landscape. Candidates should be interested and capable of working closely with external customers as well as internal engineering teams across the company. This role will be responsible to lead a cross-functional group of Product Managers, identify and/or respond to specific requests that address un-met needs across our US Government and Sovereign-based customers. The individual must actively seek information and test assumptions, navigate within a highly matrixed environment, determine measures of success for operations, and lead others in scoping problems by identifying key issues, inputs, stakeholders, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and set strategy for response to relevant customer feedback from this customer segment.

• Work independently to drive large, complex programs and solutions.

• Drive results across multiple organizations via strong cross-group collaboration skills.

• Drive business & technical conversations with development managers, partners, and customers.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

• OR equivalent experience.

• 4+ years people management experience.

Security Clearance Requirements: Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance. • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customer and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ years people management experience.

• Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

• OR equivalent experience.

Product Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
