Description part time office assistant

working Monday- Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm

-needs a car - will be working at the towers location but if someone is sick will be driving to another office location.

-Needs to have someone with a great personality - front of the office greeting employees - helping them with various task they need suppport with

-needs to have atleast 6 months to one year of office exepricne

-clear good communication skills buisness professional attire

inventory - stocking supplies- loading dishwasher etc

A good communicator, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)

Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them

Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
