Job Description

Insight Global is seeking fully remote crisis intervention supervisors who will manage a team of staff crisis intervention specialists. Supervisors will manage approving schedules, providing guidance and constructive feedback to crisis intervention specialists, and manage KPI metrics.

Responsibilities include:

-Directly supervise crisis intervention specialists as they respond to phone calls/chats

-Ensure adherence to policies and protocols

-Facilitate training shifts for counselors

-Manage scheduling, attendance, performance, and quality assurance

-Shift is 8:50pm-5:20am EST

Skills and Requirements

-2+ years of call center/digital chat management experience

-LGBTQ cultural competency

-Google Chrome experience

-Ability to work remotely with access to strong, reliable high-speed internet

-Ability to navigate high-stress situations that include topics such as sexuality, gender identity, and suicidal ideation

-Proficiency in team development, performance management, training, and coaching -Crisis Intervention support or emergency dispatch experience

-Behavioral Health experience null
