As a Director of Competitive Intelligence at CACI, you will be an integral part of our strategic team, assisting in the planning, development, and execution of Competitive Intelligence (CI) initiatives. Your insights will play a crucial role in guiding our approach to both new business opportunities and recompete proposals, ensuring that CACI remains at the forefront of the defense and intelligence sectors.

More About the Role:

  • Conduct market research to identify and analyze competitors in the industry.

  • Gather data on competitors' products, past performances, win strategies and behaviors.

  • Collaborate with various teams to provide insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis.

  • Assist senior business development staff with pipeline development & market research.

  • Prepare and present reports on findings to senior management, capture managers & PTW.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments.

  • Assist in the development of strategies to counteract competitors' moves.

  • Mentor, develop & grow others in the role.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Information Systems/Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 12+ years of professional experience in the US Federal Government space with Competitive Intelligence experience.

  • Expertise with a wide range of data sources in the Federal industry such as GovWin, Bloomberg Government, DACIS and FPDS.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Passion for understanding market dynamics and a keen interest in the defense and intelligence sectors.

  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Local candidate to Reston, VA is required for hybrid work

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Active security clearance

  • MS PowerBI or Tableau

  • Familiarity with leveraging GenAI for research

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$131,700 - $289,700
