Job Overview:

We’re seeking a Technical Architect for Data & Analytics who will advance our enterprise data architecture to align with our business and technology strategies. You’ll utilize Azure services to design and implement a scalable enterprise data platform that supports data management, integration, analytics, and decision-making while researching innovative technology solutions to drive the business and technology forward.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement enterprise data architecture, standards, and best practices.• Develop vision, roadmap, and principles for enterprise data models.• Design and lead the enterprise data platform using Azure services.• Streamline data models and data flow for efficiency.• Collaborate with leaders across IT to align business and technology roadmap.• Drive continual improvement in data architecture and management.• Ensure compliance with data architecture standards as well as data security regulations and best practices.• Research and present POCs to demonstrate feasibility and value for new technology capabilities.• Optimize data management resources and integrate new technologies.• Create and sustain a self-serve BI and data analytics service.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership of enterprise data programs (governance, warehouses, privacy/security, self-service platforms).• 10+ years of data engineering experience with strong T-SQL development (ER models, star schemas), ETL, data migrations, and performance optimization.• Expertise with ETL and data analytical tools (such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory/Fabric, SSAS and Power BI, etc.)• Strong understanding of data management and curation.• Able to propose design solutions independently and stay updated on technological trends.• Experience with full SDLC, agile methodology, and code repositories like GitHub.• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
