Leidos CSR Specialist, Engagement and Campaigns in Reston, Virginia

Leidos has a career opportunity in Reston, Va. for a CSR Specialist, Engagement and Campaigns reporting to the Director, CSR. The successful candidate will manage enterprise-wide and locally-based outreach projects/campaigns related to CSR priorities. The candidate will need strong organizational and project management skills with experience in engaging employees and tracking results. The position can be hybrid but will require regular presence in Leidos global headquarters and in the local community, at times outside of work hours.

Primary Responsibilities

•Manage Leidos activations and events with high levels of visibility, including relationships with partners, executive sponsors and Leidos employees/volunteers.

•Lead employee engagement efforts including planning, promotion, and impact reporting.

•Support ESG reporting efforts including in external reports and stakeholder questionnaires.

•Support overall CSR team strategy and connections to corporate goals.

•Represent the company in the community.

•Help build overall company brand awareness and internal communications, including additional communications and marketing projects as required.

•Support budget and record keeping for selected projects.

•Author reports, blogs and other communications and marketing materials.

Basic Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years experience. Additional years may be used in lieu of a degree.

•Knowledge of, and passion for ESG, corporate responsibility and community engagement.

•Ability to build and lead internal/external stakeholder projects (project management/event management skills essential).

•Experience establishing and tracking performance targets and driving continuous program improvement.

•Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of an integrated communications and marketing team.

•Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects including weekend or off-hour commitments.

•Superior interpersonal and presentation skills and ability to interact with employees and executives at all levels.

•Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

•Passion for engaging in the community and a commitment to Leidos’ core values

Preferred Qualifications

•Knowledge of ESG reporting structures and trends

•Working knowledge of internal communication/collaboration tools

Pay Range:

Pay Range $49,400.00 - $89,300.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
