PACCAR Inc. TRP Support Manager in Renton, Washington

Requisition Summary The TRP Support Manager is responsible for being the TRP Store liaison for PACCAR Parts by building strategic relationships and developing and facilitating training on PACCAR Solutions, TRP programs and TRP products to the United States and Canadian TRP Store Network and PACCAR Dealers. Collaborate and implement plans with the TRP Store Network to increase TRP retail sales and overall store performance. Job Functions / Responsibilities Conduct visits and develops close working relationships with TRP stores to improve TRP brand and product awareness and sales tools knowledge to accomplish TRP sales goals Facilitate TRP store personnel and vendor training, sales blitzes, and other activities at TRP store locations to build brand and product awareness and increase TRP sales Generate TRP product conversion and sales opportunities (via field and market data, FOCUS and MDI insights, new product and promotional information, etc.) to be actioned on in conjunction with Sales and Product Marketing personnel Work with relevant groups to develop dealer recommended stocking lists and sales tools for existing and new TRP products Collect and spread dealer best practices on TRP sales techniques, staffing requirements, promotions, merchandising and displays for TRP products Support TRP stores through the new store opening process including store display and merchandising coordination, timeline management, initial inventory recommendation, benefits tracking, staff training, and development of a sales and marketing plan Qualifications & Skills Bachelor Degree in business, marketing, or engineering required. MBA a plus Experience with design of training materials and presentations Minimum 3 years of related industry work experience Experience with design of training materials and presentations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications required. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $118,910.00 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
