Job Description

A Fortune 500 company is looking for a Sr. Configuration Manager to join the organization and work with teams across the globe. They will be leading several sites for best practices to manager their CMDB while implementing a new one. This individual will need the expertise to build the governance and the knowledge to select the best route in terms of practices.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow.

  Experience leading an implementation CMDB classes.

  Experience leading, running and managing CMDB and the configuration management process.

  Experience working with global teams.

Proficiency in governance, configuring CI's (configuration items), adding new services and service offerings. null
