Description Senior Compensation Systems and Architecture Consultant Remote - Most states eligible This role is instrumental in the development and ongoing administration, design, analysis and implementation of various Providence compensation programs (primarily premium pay and GSP) and systems; applies compensation and systems knowledge to create and manage system solutions for the compensation team. This is a consultative role. The successful candidate will need to translate and communicate technical systems knowledge (HRIS) to non-technical clientele and vice-versa. Develops compensation recommendations and costing. Interprets regulatory guidelines and collective bargaining agreements for compensation related items. Assists in the development of internal policies/standards for compensation related programs. Conducts data collection and analysis for special projects. Encourages Human Resources and others to take a strategic approach to solving compensation issues rather than a situational one. Provides guidance and information to leaders on compensation related issues. Acts as mentor to other Compensation team members, serving as a resource as needed. Required Qualifications: 5 years Progressive HR experience with a focus in compensation and/or ERP systems design solutions or ERP system implementations Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field or 4 years of equivalent experience Upon hire: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation Healthcare experience. Union environment experience.
