PACCAR Inc. Fleet Sales Manager in Renton, Washington

Requisition Summary In this key role, you will grow parts and service sales in Special Markets (e.g. Public Sector, Bus, Trailer, Inland and Sea Port Transportation) along with assigned targeted national account fleets by developing close working relationships with PACCAR dealer management, PACCAR truck divisions and fleet customers. Train dealer parts sales personnel on program benefits and specifics. Identify and develop key account opportunities and work closely with PACCAR aftermarket and truck division personnel, dealers and suppliers. This position is based out of either Renton, WA or Lewisville, TX. Job Functions / Responsibilities Travel:On-site fleet and dealer relationship building / maintenance; Generating parts and service sales Program training for fleets and dealers Respond to national account bid / RFP / logistics requirements Inter-departmental communication with division marketing to enhance fleet-specific programs Drive PACCAR Parts Fleet Services billings through dealer and customer visits, promoting part sales, programs, and marketing plans for special market segments in coordination with District Parts Managers. Act as liaison between dealer, PACCAR Parts Division and other PACCAR Divisions in resolving issues related to bus, public sector, trailer and container transportation market segments, as needed in close coordination with PACCAR Parts field teams while onboarding them on the PACCAR Parts Fleet Services program when deemed necessary. Qualifications Bachelor's degreerequired (Master's degree a plus) 5+ years of relevant work experience. 2+ Years of industry experience, with a thorough understanding of heavy-duty trucks, truck dealers, suppliers and fleets Heavy-duty truck or parts sales experience preferred Experience in retail marketing and sales Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as ability to manage multiple programs/projects at one time.
