Description

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the property management industry. This role is located in Renton, WA and provides an opportunity to transition into a long-term contract-to-hire position. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be instrumental in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing administrative support in a hybrid work environment. This position requires two days per week on-site in Renton, WA and three days remote.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently address and resolve client inquiries for a portfolio of residential real estate

• Provide on-site presence at the condo complex, managing the complex itself rather than individual units

• Greet and assist residents and property owners on-site

• Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, texts, and other communications from customers

• Administer support activities including document preparation, data entry, and filing

• Manage common areas and the building itself, not involved in collecting individual tenants

• Handle competing priorities and multi-task effectively

• Work closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction

• Use industry-specific software for efficient operations and customer service.

Requirements

• Ability to efficiently answer inbound calls

• Strong customer service skills

• Proficiency in email correspondence and communications

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls

• Understanding of resident relations and residential mortgage lending

• Ability to handle maintenance requests efficiently

• Knowledge of HOA and community relations

• Experience with condominium real estate

• Proficiency in Cinc, Yardi, or other Property Management softwares

• Strong communication skills, especially via email

• Experience in community relations

• Knowledge and experience in property or community management
