Project Scheduler

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • You’ll join our talented Program Management Team.

  • You will be managing schedules, reviewing project status, and understanding how to assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

  • You will be closely collaborating with project managers, functional managers, clients and other stakeholders using MS Project 2016.

  • You will support the metrics team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects/programs

  • You will identify major milestones, decision points, project lifecycle and other project events

  • You will facilitate and participate in weekly schedule reviews

  • You will be willing to work outside of normal business hours as required to meet deadlines

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, or related discipline, or equivalent

Required Experience:

  • Six (6) or more years of related experience

  • Three (3) or more years of hands-on project scheduling experience using MS Project 2016 managing simultaneous multiple projects

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Product Suite

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Problem Resolution skills

  • Great team and client interaction skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Skilled in gathering, analyzing, documenting and briefing information

  • Ability to effectively convey requirements, concerns and capabilities to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner

Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of Earned Value methodology

  • Experience in Medicaid or Healthcare Processing Systems

  • MS Project Server experience (not required, highly desirable)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (not required, highly desirable)

The likely salary range for this position is $72,250 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
