ManpowerGroup Paint/Finish Supervisor Rensselaer, Indiana
Our client, a manufacturer of high capacity trailers is seeking a Paint/Finish Supervisor to join their team. As a Paint/Finish Supervisor, you will be part of the Paint Department supporting the Production Department. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, ability to motivate employees and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Paint/Finish Supervisor
Location: Rensselaer, IN
Pay Range: $55k-$60k
What’s the Job?
Direct finish/paint personnel including scheduling adherence, policy and procedure administration and documentation of all areas of responsibilities
Adherence to the company’s quality policies, standards, and procedures
Provide workflow management, planning, mechanical expertise and analysis and training necessary to operate department in a clean, safe, and productive manner
Manage troubleshooting activity including systematic resolution of problem, coordination of team, resources and communication of progress to appropriate management, always ensuring that the customer needs are met.
Communicate and motivate to maintain and improve personnel performance through listening skills, meeting skills, appraisals, progressive discipline and quality practices
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
Strong background in painting/finishing.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
