IGT is seeking a proactive and dedicated Transportation Specialist to ensure accurate and timely domestic and international shipments, enhancing customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the safe and efficient transportation of gaming products worldwide, utilizing various methods including air, ocean, truck, and rail. We are looking for a team-oriented individual with strong relationship-building skills, ready to take the initiative and grow into a future leadership role. Day-to-day decision-making will be guided by IGT’s business needs and a commitment to superior customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have the autonomy to make decisions and resolve issues to meet IGT’s goals.

• Process domestic and international transportation documentation.

• Monitor all tracking and customer delivery times.

• Collaborate with internal and external departments to optimize transportation services globally.

• Schedule transportation services, allocate drivers, and plan routes globally.

• Handle customer hot shipment requests for overnight delivery.

• Comply with transportation regulations and company policies.

• Work with freight forwarders and multi-country customs brokers.

• Process UPS/FedEx/DHL international and domestic shipments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' domestic and international transportation and shipping experience.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and ensures accuracy in all work.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite tools.

• Ability to pass a security background investigation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of our SAP ERP systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Knowledge of support documents for International shipments

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The starting compensation for this position is $21/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
