Position Title: Distribution Associate II (Equipment Driver)
Location: Reno, Nevada
Reports to: Inventory Control Supervisor

The Material Handling Associate performs all core receiving/shipping functions on a rotating basis, including but not limited to stoking, organizing, loading / unloading trucks, labeling, and storing finish goods. Additional responsibilities could include data entry and heavy equipment operation. Continual use and understanding of a warehouse management system.
Specific objectives include:
Establish prime relationships with strategic accounts
Leads the global sales organization, overseeing budget, planning and resource development
Responsibilities:
Accurate processing of systemic cycle counts in active and bulk pick locations
Other duties outlined by Inventory Control Supervisors
Accurate stocking of inventory into assigned active pick locations and High Rack reserve.
Safety pass and certify on all types of equipment
Identifying and reporting discrepancies to the Shipping Supervisor and/or Shipping Leader
Research non conformances identified in the warehouse
Sorting packages
Package and Outbound Delivery inspection
Random audits of parcel shipments (UPS, FEDEX,USPS)
Must be willing to work in any department in the DC as necessary (Picking, VAS, QC, Packing)
Must always maintain a professional attitude
Must maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follows all safety procedures and report safety infractions
Must participate in the annual Physical Inventory counts as required
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Flexibility in a changing work environment
Excellent attendance and punctuality is expected
Must be able to work weekends and OT when required
Must be able to use computer and handheld wifi devices
Navigate through Warehouse Management System to perform job related functions
Key Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred 1-year or more experience in distribution functions and/or material handling operations
Basic problem-solving skills
Good organization skills
Good verbal and written communications skills
Basic computer skills (Windows/Excel)
Willing to be certified and operate equipment such as Stock Picker, Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack and Reach Truck
Must be able to pass drug test (Marijuana included)
