Job Title: Construction Estimator

Job Description

My client is a leading general contractor specializing in the tech industry, working with high-end clients like Tesla, Intel, and Samsung. Their Reno office supports various projects, including those in the lithium market and high-tech installations. They have a long history of working on NDA and top-secret projects, including clean rooms and other specialized environments. As a Construction Estimator, you will provide full estimating services for all types of construction projects. You will review and understand drawings, specifications, and soils reports, perform quantity take-offs, and utilize estimating and quantity take-off software. You will manage basic trade scoping, maintain subcontractor relationships, and coordinate project documents for estimating and preconstruction. You will also complete bid coordination, pre-qualify subcontractors, and perform additional duties as assigned.
