Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Reno, Nevada

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator role in the Financial Services industry. The successful candidate will be based in San Francisco, California and will have the flexibility to work in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and management of various office suites.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook to maintain and manage administrative systems.

• Ensure efficient customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

• Assist in the management of the office and coordinate administrative duties.

• Use the 'About Time' management system to keep track of tasks and ensure they are completed on time.

• Collaborate with the C-Suite and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

• Uphold the company's values and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

• Continuously seek ways to improve office procedures and processes.

• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Support other team members with their tasks when needed. Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in an Administrative Coordinator role or similar position within the Financial Services industry

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience with Management System and 'About Time' software & Redtail CRM

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on serving internal and external clients

• Proficient in data entry with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience in drafting and managing correspondence

• Familiarity with working closely with the C-Suite and handling confidential information

• Proven track record in providing administrative support in a busy office environment

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
