Principal, Product Strategy – Digital Marketing

Sabre is looking for a Product Manager for Digital Marketing that will be responsible for the product vision, investment, planning, and execution throughout its life cycle, including increasing the profitability of existing products and developing new ones, and ensuring the delivery of the best solutions and meeting revenue and customer satisfaction goals. You will be proficient in the product, understand its structure and architecture, its capabilities. You will capture market needs, customer input, usage, data and translate those into the successful execution of Digital Marketing products and services that meet customer and market requirements and support the company’s strategy and technical innovation goals. The role possesses a unique blend of business and technical skills, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Help lead the product strategy vision for digital marketing by making decisions about product offerings to drive revenue and profitability for the business

  • Prioritize the product road map for digital marketing

  • Drive the success of Sabre digital marketing campaigns (Paid Search, Display Media, Social Media, Performance Max, and Meta Search) by working closely with a team of digital strategists and customers

  • Oversee the implementation process for new digital marketing campaigns

  • Partner with a wide variety of digital marketing partners to manage day-to-day operations and deliver enhancements

  • Be the subject matter expert on Sabre’s digital marketing products, working closely with cross functional teams in product, development, sales, account management, and marketing to enhance, promote and effectively scale our products

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 8+ years' experience in digital marketing required, especially with paid search, display media, and remarketing campaigns

  • Hotel industry experience strongly preferred

  • Product management/strategy experience a plus

  • Software experience required: Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager (formerly Facebook Business Manager), Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint

  • Software experience preferred: Bid Management Platforms, Google Looker, Photoshop, Google Big Query, Other Paid Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Pinterest, TripAdvisor, etc.)

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills

  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across various organizational teams

  • A good eye for engaging ad creative

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
