SAIC is currently looking for an Application Packager to help support the RITS program.

Job Duties:

• Complete packages in accordance customer service level requirements and is responsible for COTS and in-house type applications using Flexera Admin Studio following an established process and workflow. Packaging will consist of building silent installation packages in an MSI/MST format and performing initial installation testing on Windows 10 or other Window Server before handing off to the client for user acceptance testing and eventual deployment through SCCM

• Create support documentation for the team and peer groups as needed to include SOPs, general technical bulletins, and troubleshooting workflows as needed.

• Implement desktop technology solutions that ensure consistency and standardization across the enterprise.

• Complete packages in a timely manner and responsible for COTS and in-house type applications using Admin Studio following an established process and workflow.

• Strong experience utilizing scripting and/or programming languages such as C++ (Visual Studio), VBScript, and PowerShell to automate processes and manage system configuration.

• Thorough understanding of Windows Installer technology and significant experience configuring applications for silent or unattended deployments.

• Experience building and editing MSI/MSIX files for enterprise distribution utilizing Flexera Admin Studio and InstallShield HI.

Qualifications

Education And Experience:

• Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; additional four (4) years experience in lieu of degree

• Experience with creating and maintain install application packages for COTS, GOTS and open source products used on enterprise environments

• Experience with utilizing application packaging technologies include, but are not limited to Flexera Admin Studio, Installshield and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).

Clearance Requirement:

• Must have a Secret clearance on first day of employment

Required Certifications:

• IAT-II (e.g. CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP)

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
