Position Overview:

Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking an experienced Program Manager in support of a Federal Agency focused on providing overall authority and responsibility for the Contractor Task Order management and execution. This potential opportunity requires a minimum of 8-10 years of experience leading, implementing and managing programs and/or projects, preferably Mobile support application migrations MS InTune/MDM Experience with creating schedule, WBS, Gantt charts, Risk management plan/register, Change management plan etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Define and manage Enterprise Scale project to migrate laptops and desktops into the InTune environment. The environment is still under development as the agency transitions form a pilot state to a production state - Provide project management expertise to plan, execute, and build closeout reports related to the migration of laptops/desktops to the InTune environment - Develop a high-level Gantt Chart of FY24-FY26 IT projects to show how the InTune project schedule fits into other projects/activities - Plan and develop: Project Plan, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Gantt Chart, RACI Matrix, Communication plan, Migration schedule, Training Materials, Meeting cadence, Monitoring and tracking status - Engage with team members, the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), possibly Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and other stakeholders. - Monitor project progress and delivery weekly status reports to primary stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8-10 years professional experience as a Project Manager

• Enterprise experience managing Windows Desktop OS/Active Directory/Intune/MDM/O365/M365 migration projects

• Experience migrating devices to Microsoft InTune on at least one project

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills and demonstrated capabilities to develop executive-level presentations for senior leadership

• Possess exceptional client and stakeholder relationship management skills.
