LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer for a 6-month contract to hire opportunity with our client in Central Illinois!

The candidate requirements are:

Must have 5+ years of experience with the following:

• Experience as a Data Engineer

• Writing complex SQL Queries

• Data Mapping from Source to Target

• Validation of data

• Involvement in cross division data projects and programs

• Experience with ETL tools (Informatica is a big plus)

• Organizing and transforming information into comprehensible structures

• Using data mining to extract information from large/complex data sets and identify correlations and patterns

• Performing statistical analysis of data

• Using advanced tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs

• Preparing reports and presenting these to leadership or stakeholders

• Managing Master data, including creation, updates and deletion

• Managing user and user roles

• Commissioning and decommissioning of data

• Identifying and recommending new ways to streamlining business processes

• Monitoring data quality and removing corrupt data

• Supporting data integrity and normalization

• • Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

• Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
