Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join our team at Fluke Process Instruments. The successful candidate will lead our efforts in driving operational efficiency, product innovation, and strategic growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in manufacturing and process instruments, who can inspire and lead teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the manufacturing and engineering teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive product innovation, operational efficiency, and market growth.

  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and launch of new products, enhancing our competitive edge in the market.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize production, reduce costs, and enhance quality.

  • Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

  • Customer Focus: Ensure that customer needs and expectations are met or exceeded through high-quality products and exceptional service.

  • Strategic Thinking: Develop strategic plans to grow new and existing customer base.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in a technical field preferred and validated experience in relationship management, metrics, technical sales, preferably test and measurement.

  • Experience leading a sales team.

  • High expectations with the courage to challenge the status quo, coach teams, improve processes, and exceed targets

  • Exceptional communication (both verbal and written), listening, and executive presentation skills

  • Consistent record developing, leading and retaining sellers who are passionate about rapid speed of implementation and detailed execution of strategy and tactics

  • Ability to build functional metrics and drive them into the organization so that the team optimally and efficiently understands, adapts, and reaches goals.

  • Experience inspiring change, integration, and results.

  • Effective listening and partnership skills.

  • Experience in continuous improvement and policy deployment.

  • Creative, objective and possess a high level of integrity.

  • Self-motivated, responsible, detail oriented, and skilled at multi-tasking.

  • Experience with value-selling technical products and proficiency in commercial and industrial business.

  • Ability to travel (60%+) and live within assigned territory.

The salary range for this sales position (inclusive of sales incentives/commissions in local currency) is 204,800.00 - 380,400.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
